- Nature of Products
We sell food and edible products such as Bankura Khajur Gur, Nolen Gur, and Patali Gur.
These products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, hence special policies apply. - Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, cancellation is not allowed.
This is due to the perishable nature of the food products. - Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once the order has been shipped.
We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or delivery delays caused by courier partners. - Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only)
Replacement will be considered only if the product is damaged during transit.
To request a replacement:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear unboxing photos or videos as proof of damage
After verification, a replacement may be shipped at our discretion. - Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
Minor variations in color, texture, or taste (natural product variation) - Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
